Description
The “Pampa belts” are made with a woven cotton band with geometric patterns typical of the indians and of the gauchos of the differents argentinians regions. Both extremes are made of leather.
Mulitas belts are produced in Argentina using special leathers from Pampa steers, tanned with vegetable dyes. The pieces of leather undergo a natural tanning process where oils and pigments produced with vegetable dyes found in the northern area of the country are used. They are then dried off in the open air for 90 days.
Mulita belts are embroidered by hand using coloured waxed threads selected with care with the purpose of offering a variety of designs that go with winter as well as summer trousers, especially Mulita bombachas!
Some Mulita belt designs are available in sizes for ‘Mother and Daughter’ and ‘Father and Son’, the choice its up to you!
